TWGHs' annual Flag Day was successfully held on 20 August across all districts in Hong Kong. This year, approximately 10,000 volunteers joined in, including TWGHs medical staff, service users from the community service centres, and student volunteers from 55 TWGHs' schools. Over 100 enterprises and organisations rendered their support to the flag fundraising event. The funds raised will be used to support community and education services of the Group, bringing warmth and hope to the underprivileged.

To commemorate the special occasion of its 155th Anniversary, TWGHs has launched a limited-edition commemorative set. The “Flag Sticker Souvenir Set” including a sheet of flag sticker (24 pieces), a Certificate of Appreciation and a Special Edition Tote Bag, while the “155th Anniversary Gold Flag” additionally comes with a Pop-up Card with a 155th Anniversary Gold Token, which hold great commemorative and collectible value. All direct expenses of fund-raising events have been sponsored by TWGHs Board of Directors and Title Sponsors of the events and no administrative costs will be deducted from the donations of the general public to ensure all public donations go directly to our services.
